期末展示——中国菜菜谱

        这项作业其实已经布置很久了,但我只收到过6位学生交上来的草稿,其他同学需要在家长的帮助下在6月1号之前完成。

        每个学生写一道自己爱吃或能做的中国菜的菜谱。

        内容包括:菜名、食材、调味料、做法。

        评判标准:别人能一目了然看懂这道菜是怎么做出来的。 字迹工整,画面美观,颜色鲜艳,让人看了有想吃或想做的冲动!

        建议做法:让家长帮助你做一道简单的中国菜。家长一边做,一边尽可能用简单的中文把配料和做法讲给孩子听,让孩子记笔记。做完后,家长可以请孩子把这个过程多说几遍。 吃的时候,还可以让孩子再复述一次。 最后,帮孩子把菜谱写出来。孩子自己负责最后的美工。
        为了让孩子得到实用中文的成就感,我建议家长选做一道从配料到烹饪都适合孩子程度的菜,让孩子有兴趣学做,学说。 但是,煮白米饭,煮鸡蛋不算,而炒饭,茶叶蛋等可以。

Everyone needs to write a recipe of a Chinese dish to share on our class board for 6/1/2014 year-end performance.

The recipe must include, name of the dish, ingredients, and the cooking steps.

Suggested strategy:
Ask a parent to help you to make a Chinese dish. While you and your parent prepare and cook it, you take notes of the process.  After the dish is made, try to practice telling how it's made several times until remembered. Finally, write it down, and decorate it, make your recipe look YUMMY!!!


The rule: No single-ingredient dish such as steamed rice or boiled plain eggs, but stir-fried rice or tea-flavored eggs are acceptable.

How exciting would it be when you actually describe how to make a favorite dish and do it all in Chinese!!!


Note: If you choose to type the recipe, please send it to me via email before 6/1/2014. I can print it out.
If you choose to do it in hand-writing, please bring it to the year-end performance and hand it to me at the hall before we entering into the auditorium. or you can also scan it and send me the email.

At the end of this email, I'm attaching some beautiful samples for you to refer to.
